Please read these terms carefully before using the Homes from Home platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Homes from Home, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted on our platform. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To access features like listing properties, purchasing 3D tour tokens, or managing inquiries, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Property Listings

Landlords and agents may list properties for sale or rent. All listings must include accurate details, photos, and, where applicable, 3D virtual tours. Homes from Home reserves the right to review and remove listings that violate our policies or contain misleading information. Listing fees are outlined on our pricing page.

4. 3D Virtual Tours and Tokens

Access to 3D virtual tours requires purchasing tokens (Ksh 100 each), valid for 7 days of unlimited viewing per property. Tokens are non-refundable once used. Users must be logged in to purchase and use tokens. We are not liable for technical issues affecting tour access, though support is available via contact.

5. Payments

Payments for tokens, listing fees, or other services are processed securely through accepted methods (credit/debit cards, bank transfers, digital wallets). All transactions are final unless otherwise stated. Review our payment terms for details on fees and refund policies.

6. User Conduct

Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, post false information, or misuse the platform (e.g., spamming, unauthorized scraping). Violation may result in account suspension or termination. Report issues to our support team.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between users (e.g., buyers, renters, landlords) should be resolved directly. Homes from Home may facilitate mediation but is not liable for disputes. For platform-related issues, contact us at support. Disputes unresolved through mediation may proceed to arbitration.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Homes from Home, including 3D tours, logos, and text, is our property or licensed to us. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission. User-uploaded content (e.g., listing photos) grants us a non-exclusive license to display on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Homes from Home is not liable for losses arising from platform use, including inaccurate listings, transaction disputes, or technical issues. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the quality or availability of listed properties. Use our services at your own risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Registered users will be notified via email of significant changes, and updates will be posted here. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
